Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of the receipt of payment. They are sent via UPS with a tracking number with no signature required. Packages may also be shipped via UPS Extra with a signature required. Contact us before choosing this delivery method as it costs extra. Irrespective of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
The delivery fees include the costs of handling and packaging as well as shipping. The handling fees are fixed; however, the shipping fees vary based on the weight of the package. We recommend you group all of your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately; therefore, delivery fees will apply to each of them. Your packages are shipped at your risk; however, careful attention is paid to fragile objects.
